Shipping policy

Our current processing times are shown on the banner at the top of the page. Please check here before placing an order.

We currently ship to the UK (inc. Northern Ireland), Australia & Singapore.

All domestic orders are sent tracked, via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24/48 services (24/48 hour is the delivery aim for these services, and is not guaranteed). All postage prices are weight based.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International. Please note you are responsible for all import tax and duties and these are not charged at checkout.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional postage costs for resending. We are unable to issue refunds on made to order items if parcels are returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Due to fees incurred by our payment providers, we cannot combine separate orders and refund postage charges. If you wish to add to an order, please email us to do so.

Peg rails are sent separately from other order items, and will show at checkout as Royal Mail 48 Split shipping. Due to the size and weight of these items we are unable to combine them within the same parcel boxes as general decor pieces.
