Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return, and 14 days to return your items.

Made to order, and personalised/custom colour option items are not eligible for return.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. We also need an order number/proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, the item(s) will be replaced as soon as reasonably possible. Please note, visible wood grain and wood knots do not deem a product to be damaged, and come as a result of items being created from a natural material. If a refund is agreed, the damaged item must be returned before any credit is processed.
